Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your meeting history will be preserved for 30 days after cancellation. After that, only your most recent 10 meetings will be kept (Free tier limit). You can always re-subscribe to access your full history again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to yearly at any time to save 17%. When switching, we'll prorate your current subscription and apply it to your new plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Premium within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
